All products listed on our website are 100% original and manufactured by Sardar Shoe. We do not deal in third-party or counterfeit items.

Orders placed on our website or via WhatsApp are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspicious activity or incomplete information.
3. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Sardar Shoe reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

In some cases, advance payment may be required for customized or bulk orders.
5. Return & Exchange

Products can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they meet our Exchange Policy criteria (unused, undamaged, original packaging).

We do not offer refunds unless the product is out of stock after order placement.

Footwear tried or used outdoors will not be eligible for exchange.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
