You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is unused and unworn
The product is in its original packaging (including the box, tags, wrapping)
The shoe size doesn’t fit or you wish to change the article

Sale or discounted items
Used or damaged shoes
Items returned without original box or packaging
Items exchanged once already

Share your Order Number and reason for exchange.
Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the return process.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will dispatch the new item (subject to stock availability).
📦 Courier charges for exchange are to be borne by the customer.
If you receive:
A wrong item,
A damaged product, or
A product with manufacturing defect,
Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will replace it free of cost after verification.
We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds are only applicable in the following rare cases:
Product becomes out of stock after order placement
Item delivered is irreparably damaged or missing
In such situations, a full refund will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
If the desired product is out of stock, we will offer an alternate design or size, or issue a voucher.
