🚚 Shipping Timelines

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

• Delivery Time:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

• Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 200 nationwide

• Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000

We proudly partner with reliable courier services including Trax, Leopard Courier, and Call Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier’s official website.

❗ Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered after two tries, it will be returned to us. Re-dispatch will require advance payment of shipping charges.

🛑 Refusal of Delivery

In case a customer refuses to receive the order without any valid reason, they may be restricted from placing future orders on Sardar Shoe as per our fraud prevention policy.
