Returns & Exchange Policy – Sardar Shoe

At Sardar Shoe, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. Each pair of shoes is crafted with care — and if, for any reason, your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is unused and unworn

• The product is in its original packaging (including the box, tags, wrapping)

• The shoe size doesn’t fit or you wish to change the article

📦 Note: We do not offer exchanges on worn, damaged, or customized products.

2. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

• Sale or discounted items

• Used or damaged shoes

• Items returned without original box or packaging

• Items exchanged once already

3. Exchange Process

1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp: 0300-XXXXXXX within 7 days of delivery.

2. Share your Order Number and reason for exchange.

3. Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the return process.

4. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will dispatch the new item (subject to stock availability).

📦 Courier charges for exchange are to be borne by the customer.

4. Wrong / Faulty Product Received

If you receive:

• A wrong item,

• A damaged product, or

• A product with manufacturing defect,

Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will replace it free of cost after verification.

5. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds are only applicable in the following rare cases:

• Product becomes out of stock after order placement

• Item delivered is irreparably damaged or missing

In such situations, a full refund will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.

6. Important Notes

• We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

• If the desired product is out of stock, we will offer an alternate design or size, or issue a voucher.

Yes, all our products are 100% original and proudly manufactured in Pakistan by skilled craftsmen under the brand name Sardar Shoe.

You can place your order through our official website or by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS or call.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. For customized or bulk orders, advance payment may be required.

4. How many days does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days in major cities and 5 to 7 business days for remote areas.

5. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 3,000. A flat shipping charge of Rs. 200 applies to orders below that amount.

6. Can I exchange the shoes if they don’t fit?

Yes, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order — provided the shoes are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

7. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We only allow exchange, not refunds. In case a product is out of stock after order confirmation, you may be offered a refund or replacement.

8. Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at the moment.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your parcel in real-time.

10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We deeply regret such issues. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will promptly arrange for an exchange if the claim is valid.
