Returns and Exchanges Policy
Exchange products at any of our stores within 15 days of delivery, ensuring they are unused, with the price tag and purchase invoice. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded, and slight color variations may occur due to screen differences. For defective or incorrect products, contact our customer service within 2-3 days via social media, email, or phone for assistance.
Refunds Policy
Policy with Exceptional Exceptions
Sardar Shoes follows a ‘No Refund’ policy, with exceptions only for out-of-stock items. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used, covering the item cost and taxes, excluding shipping and handling fees. Please allow up to 10 days for processing and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
